Dear Dolphins,

Our first week of practice was a success! Great job team! The coaches are impressed with how well the swimmers are doing so far and are excited to see where the team will take us this year!

Below are a few important week 1 announcements.

Practices

Please come to practice as much as possible. We understand that it may not be possible to attend every day and that’s ok! You do NOT have to notify us when your swimmer misses practice. We understand that there will be days when they cannot attend. However, a large part of swimming is building endurance and stamina so the more your swimmer can practice, the more conditioned and stronger they will become.

Once downloaded, sign in with the same sign in you use for our website (do not create a new account).

We first delayed and then canceled practice today due to thunder and lightning. If you had the app, your phone should’ve received a push notice this morning.

Updates will also be published on the weather updates page of our website. However, the fastest alert will always be via the Swimtopia App and push notice.

Lost and Found

Our lost and found pile is growing! Lost and found items will be placed at the front entrance of each practice throughout the season. Parents, please come by and check to see if any of the items look familiar.

Sponsorships

Business Sponsors: We heavily rely on donations from our business sponsors. Their support allows us to keep your registration costs low, buy necessary supplies and equipment for the team and host fun events for our swimmers.

If you own a business or know of a business that may be interested in sponsoring our team, please visit the sponsors page on our website and register to become a business sponsor.

Family Sponsors: New this year! Purchase a family sponsorship for only $20 per family. Each family that buys a sponsorship will have their last name printed on the back of our team shirt. Visit the sponsors page on our website and add “friends and family sponsor” to your shopping cart!

May 17th is the deadline for submitting family names and business logos for our team t-shirt. Please be sure to sign up by then so that your family/company is represented on every team shirt!

Official Team Merch

If you have not yet purchased a team t-shirt, please do so by Thursday, May 16th. Most parents wear their team shirts to the meets so you can easily be identified as a Dolphin! Remember, each athlete receives a team t-shirt with their registration so there's no need to purchase another one for your swimmer.

The team t-shirts are a comfortable and lightweight soft tee (50 poly/25 cotton/25 rayon).

We also offer a short sleeve and long sleeve dry-fit option with a vinyl logo. The dry fit shirts have the logo on the front only and do not feature our sponsors on the back.

Personalized Yard Signs are available for those that would like to display your Dolphins spirit!
