Dear Dolphins,

I am sorry that the weather did not cooperate Monday night and we were not able to complete the Villagers meet. You all waited so patiently, did not complain one bit and many of you even stayed and helped us clean up. I cannot thank you enough for your flexibility and kindness. Also, I want to commend everyone on getting to the meet ON TIME. Those that had unexpected delays texted and communicated with me perfectly. Tent parents were able to quickly check in all of our swimmers. Great job team!

Relay Meet This Saturday June 15

The meet will be held at the SBISD Natatorium – 10404 Tiger Trail, Houston, TX 77043

Swimmers will need to arrive by 3:00 p.m. and the meet will start at 4:00 p.m. Warms ups are 3:20-3:40 p.m. in lanes 5-8.

For the relay meet we can only enter an A and a B relay team in each event per age group/gender. So just because your swimmer is available to attend, it does not mean they will qualify to swim. Once we have everyone’s attendance, the coaches can then determine the relay teams. A list of meet participants will be emailed to the team on Friday morning.

RESCHEDULED DATE FOR REMAINING VILLAGERS MEET

The Villagers meet (Event 37 and on) is rescheduled for Saturday, June 22nd. Swimmers will need to arrive at the Briarhills pool by 6:50 a.m. and the meet will start at 8:00 a.m.

We will send out a reminder for declaring attendance just as soon as we get the schedule updated on our website. Meet details will be emailed as we get closer to the meet date. For now, please save the date on your calendar and plan to attend if you are available that day.

PICTURE DAY

If you have not yet ordered photos, please do so this week. To order your pictures, buttons, or other products, click HERE and then select Briarhills Swim Team. It should be easy to follow the steps from there. For sibling pictures where it asks for the athlete's name, put commas such as Billy, Susie, etc.

2024 CHAMPS T-SHIRTS

2024 Champs t-shirts are now available! Click HERE to pre-order on the league website.

The store will stay open through June 18th (NEXT TUESDAY), and all orders will be collated and delivered to each team on or before June 28, in time to be distributed before the teams come together at Champs.

There is no guarantee that t-shirts will be available for purchase during Champs, so please place your pre-order now to avoid disappointment on the day of Champs!

DECLARE ATTENDANCE FOR THE ASHFORD MEET!

If you have not already, please declare your swimmer’s attendance for this coming Monday’s meet against the Ashford Whales by end of day Thursday.

The meet will be held at the Briarhills pool.

ALL swimmers must be checked in at their tents by 1:50 p.m. Attendance will be taken at 2:00 p.m. and warm-ups will begin promptly at 2:10 p.m.

Swimmers will need to arrive by 1:50 p.m. and the meet will start at 3:00 p.m.
