Hello Meet Participants,

This Saturday is our Relay Meet Invitational and your swimmer has qualified to participate in the meet.

Please read below everything you need to know for the meet.

WHEN TO ARRIVE & SWIMMER CHECK-IN INFORMATION:

Plan to leave your house by 7:30 a.m.

ALL swimmers must be checked in at their tents by 8:00 a.m. 

All four teams will occupy the grassy area in front of the natatorium. Look for the
Dolphins tents. Swimmers must check-in ON TIME. Please do not be late!

The meet will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.

POOL LOCATION:

Spring Branch W. W. Emmons Natatorium - 10404 Tiger Trail, Houston, TX 77043

PARKING INFORMATION:

Park in the main parking lot adjacent to the Natatorium (see map below)

SPECTATOR INFORMATION:

Spectators may only enter through the spectator entrance. No parents other than designated volunteers are allowed on deck.

ITEMS TO BRING TO MEET:

* Wear your team suit and team t-shirt to the meet!

* goggles (+ extra pair in case yours break)

* Dolphins swim cap

* towels (at least one to dry off & one to sit on)

* plenty of water - it will be SUPER hot!

* cash for concessions

* folding chairs for you and your swimmer

* Please label all your swim gear and belongings!

* Write your name inside your team t-shirt!

* Keep your items in a bag!

HEAT SHEETS:

The unofficial heat sheet is attached below.

AWARDS:

Medals will be given for 1^st through 3^rd places. Ribbons will be given for 4^th-6^th
places. Swimmers that place 7^th or 8^th will not receive an award.

A winner’s plaque will be given to the team that places 1^st overall at the Championship Meet at the end of the season.
