Dear Dolphins,

Our end of season Awards Party is this evening at the Briarhills Pool starting at 5:00 p.m. RAIN OR SHINE. The timeline for the party is as follows:

5:00 - 6:45 p.m. - Swimmers and siblings not on the team can swim. Pizza, cake and drinks will be served for all to enjoy (parents too)!

6:45 p.m. - Get swimmers out of the pool. Everyone moves to circle in front of the clubhouse. 

7:00 - 7:15 - Stephanie Brewster presents special recognitions

7-15 - 8:30 p.m. - Coaches present swimmer trophies and awards 

8:30ish p.m. - Party ends!

You may bring snacks and appetizers to enjoy with your family and to share with others. We will have ice chests with soft drinks, juice and water but feel free to bring your own drink if you wish. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED. Also, bring your folding chairs because the pool will not have enough to seat everyone.

Parents - please make sure your swimmer sits through all of the trophy and awards presentations and does not run around during awards.

We will have team pictures, remaining ribbons and lost and found items available for pick up at the party. Please be sure to collect all of your items.

If you cannot attend the party, please ask another family that is attending to pick up your trophies in your absence.
