Dear Dolphins, 

We have had some significant changes to our meet entries today due to illnesses. Please note that several of the relays have changed and some relays we had to scratch (remove). Please know Coach Anne did her very best to swim those that she could today. 

Once we submit our entries to the opposing team (which we did earlier in the week), the entries are set and we cannot make significant changes. For the relays we are not allowed to change the order of swimmers or move swimmers around - we can only replace absent swimmers with swimmers already entered in the meet. Today we had to scratch some of our relays in order to free up a swimmer so that they could fill  a vacancy in another relays. I know some of the swimmers will be disappointed that their relay was scratched. Please check your Swimtopia app to see if your swimmer was scratched from a relay. If so, please talk to your swimmer and let them know that ahead of time. The decisions that were made today were made in the best interest of the team under difficult circumstances. We really hate to scratch anyone from a race!

I have attached an updated heat sheet and have also posted it on our website. 

As always, more changes may be coming as we arrive and take attendance. The entries are not FINAL until about 20 minutes before the start of the meet. 

Hopefully everyone will still have a great time and we can WIN our last dual meet today. It's going to be a close one so encourage your swimmer to do their best and SWIM FAST today!
