Dear 8 & Under Meet Participants,

Please find below the heat sheet (meet program) for tomorrow's meet. Please print and bring a copy with you to the meet so you can follow along.

The meet will be hosted by the Ashford Whales Swim Team. The pool is located at 12550 Westella Drive.

• Swimmers need to arrive to the meet by 7:40 a.m. Allow plenty of time for parking and unloading. Do not be late! 
• Wear your team suit and team t-shirt. Bring googles and swim cap. 
• Also, bring two towels, a folding chair for you and your swimmer, sunscreen, bug spray and cash for concessions.
• Look for our team tents near the parking lot 
• Parents need to check in with Kara Bemis at the volunteer table. She will assign you a job at the meet. No jobs have been pre-assigned. 
• If it is raining in the morning, we will be communicating weather updates by email or through the Swimtopia app notifications. 

Good luck to all of our little Dolphins! Remember, this is a practice meet. Swim hard, try your best and have lots of FUN!
