ASM Heat Sheet & Important Information

    Dear ASM Participants,

The meet today is at Lamar Consolidated ISD Natatorium - 1011 Horace Mann Ave., Rosenberg, TX (same location as MOC).

Parking will be limited to the stadium parking lot. The Natatorium parking lot is reserved for meet officials only. Allow plenty of time to park and walk to the tent area.

As soon as I know where our tents will be set up, I will send you an email with that information.

The official heat sheet for today's meet is attached. Please print and bring a copy with you. No paper copies will be available at the meet. The meet entries and results should be able to be viewed on your swimtopia app (although I haven't been able to see them yet).

Warm ups will begin at 4:30 p.m. Swimmers should be checked-in at our team tents by 4:15 p.m.

Judges and Officials meeting at 4:45 p.m. in the weight room. I have Thor Sinclair scheduled for the first half and Chris Dvorachek scheduled for the second half. Both shifts should attend the judges meeting.

Timers meeting at 5:10 p.m. near diving board. I have Jessica McKay scheduled for the first half and Jolita Aly scheduled for the second half. Both shifts should attend the timers meeting.

For swimmer communication, I have Jennifer Jeray scheduled for the first half and Lesley McLean scheduled for the second half.

The Chen family should bring 1 case of gatorade to the tents before the start of the meet.

Coaches will set up the swimmer tents at 4 p.m.

Spectators will only be allowed inside to watch their swimmer's event and then must rotate back outside. In order to enter the Natatorium, you will need to show an event card. 2 event cards per family will be given to you before the start. This is a BIG meet, with a lot of teams. The line to get in to the natatorium will be very long. Please be patient especially at the start. Everyone will be able to see their swimmer swim but it may be a slow process.

At ASM, the IM is swum first, followed by free, back, breast and fly. In addition, the ASM is seeded with slower times swimming first, so the fastest heat will always be the last heat of the event.

Be nice. Be encouraging. Be excited. This is our biggest swimming event and it is a reflection on all of us as team members and parents.

See you all this afternoon! Go Dolphins!
