DIRECTIONS TO THE MEET:
Tompkins High School is located at 4400 Falcon Landing Blvd., Katy, TX 77494.
The easiest way to get to the pool is to take I-10 West towards Katy. Exit Grand Parkway / Hwy 99 South. From 99, take the Highland Knolls Blvd/Bay Hill Blvd exit and then turn right at the light on Bay Hill Blvd. Turn left on Falcon Landing (1st light) and continue on Falcon Landing for about 2.5 miles. Once you cross through the light at Gaston Rd, you will see Tompkins High School on your right. Continue past the main entrance and turn into the very last driveway on your right. You should see other cars turning and parking here.
WHEN TO ARRIVE & SWIMMER CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
ALL swimmers MUST arrive by 8:00 a.m. We will begin warm-ups promptly at 8:25 a.m. I recommend leaving your home by 7:20 a.m. so that you have enough time to drive to the meet, park, unload your car and get checked-in. Please find where our team is set up and bring your swimmer to their age group tent. The ready bench parents will take attendance promptly at 8:15 a.m. and will notify the coaches if any swimmers are absent. Please do not be late or you will miss warm-up and could also be scratched from a relay. The meet will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
In case of an unplanned absence or delay, please TEXT:
Stephanie at 832-275-5888

HEAT SHEETS:
Heat sheets will be emailed to the team by Friday evening. Please print a copy for yourself and bring to the meet.
SPECTATOR SEATING:
Seating is very limited inside the natatorium. Spectators will need to rotate out after events to make room for everyone. No spectators are allowed to set up and stay inside the entire time.
Also, please do not sit under the tents with your child unless you are an assigned tent parent. Too many people under the tents creates a lot of confusion and no room for the swimmers and their gear!
RIBBONS & SWIMMER CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:
IMPORTANT, please make sure your swimmer stays with their group. If they want to go with you to the restroom, concessions, etc., you must check them out with the tent parents so they know where their swimmers are at all times. If a swimmer misses a race, they will not get a chance to make it up.
When your swimmer is finished with all of their events, please check-out with your tent parent before you leave.
Ribbons will be given to you when you check out your swimmer. Ribbons that are not ready by that time will be given to your swimmer at practice.
PARENT VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS:
All families are assigned a volunteer position and are expected to help at the meets.
**Calling all Dads! If you are able to help with tent set up, please arrive to the pool by 7:30 a.m. We could use extra hands with set-up for this meet!
If you are a tent parent, please arrive by 7:50 a.m. so that you are there when the swimmers start to arrive.
Timers and judges will meet at 8:30 a.m. inside the natatorium.
We look forward to seeing everyone this Saturday at the meet. Get a good night's rest, pack and load your car the night before and be sure to arrive ON TIME so we can have a smooth start.
GO DOLPHINS!
