Meet Info:

Please find attached the heat sheet of BHST swimmers only for today's meet. There have been several changes and the attached heat sheet reflects the most current info for our team. Please print and bring a copy with you to the meet. We will provide copies for tent parents and team coordinators. 

Swimmers should arrive to the pool today at 5 p.m. Tent parents and swimmers should go directly to their tent for check-in.

T-Shirts:

If you have not picked up your team t-shirt, they will be available for pick up at the meet today. Also, we have a few extra youth medium, youth large and adult XL available for purchase. The cost is $10 cash and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Please see Jan Li for pick-up and/or to purchase a t-shirt.

Picture Day:

Picture Day is tomorrow (Wednesday) at the LOP pool. Individuals will start at 8 am and we will start lining up for the team picture at 8:45 a.m. After the team photo is taken, individual pictures will resume for those that still need to be photographed. 

Swimmers need to wear their team suit (t-shirts will NOT be worn for the photo). 

Attached is the picture order form. If possible, please complete your order and have your form ready when you arrive. This will expedite you through the payment line. If you do not have a form, one can be completed at the pool tomorrow.

Siblings are allowed to be photographed together if you wish.  

There will be NO practices after photos. Once you are done with your group and individual pics, you are free to leave.
