Dear Parents,

Our very FIRST meet is just one week away! The swimmers have been working hard at practice and now it is time to cheer them on at their first meet!!!

We need EVERY parent to please go online asap and DECLARE whether or not your swimmer will be attending the first meet on Friday, June 1st. The meet will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and we need swimmers to arrive by 5 p.m. The meet will be held in Katy at the Firethorne swimming pool. More information with lots of details including directions, where to park, what to bring, volunteer jobs, etc. will be sent out next week. But, right now, we need to know who is attending.

Attached are step by step instructions for how to declare your attendance. We need everyone to do so by end of day on Monday, May 28th. There is an option for you to select "attending" or "not attending" and for you to write a note to the coach. We strongly encourage you to go ahead and do this now for ALL meets so we don't have to remind you again. You can always go back in and edit your attendance should your schedule change.

Once we have everyone's attendance, the coaches will send our team's information to the home team and a combined meet file will be created. The home team will then send a heat sheet showing all of the entries to us and we will send to all of you. The heat sheet probably won't be ready until the day before the meet but as soon as we have it, we will be sure to forward it on to our team.
